Jason A. Pardo
Jason A. Pardo is the Managing Member of Pardo & Drazin, LLC, and currently serves on the Firm’s Executive Committee.
Practicing in all three local jurisdictions, Jason’s practice includes all aspects of real estate and business counseling and litigation, with an emphasis on contract, construction, land use, title insurance, landlord/tenant, and community association issues. He also represents title insurance companies in coverage disputes, and serves as appointed defense counsel in matters involving real estate title issues.
Jason also has extensive experience in the creation of condominiums, subdivisions, and the related home association entities. Representative clients in those matters include individuals, community associations, and condominium developers.
Jason received his law degree from The Catholic University of America, and his undergraduate degree from Boston College.
Born and raised in Annapolis, Maryland, Jason, his wife, and their two sons live in Kensington, Maryland.
Jason is admitted to practice in the state courts of the District of Columbia, Virginia, and Maryland, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
Jason is a frequent lecturer on real estate related issues, and is an active member of the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia land title associations.
